The MBA programme is designed to equip students with capability for wide variety of critical, analytical, and creative decision making. The programme believes that one does not earn the right to become a manager by merely continuing to study required courses, accumulated credits or prescribed examinations, but wins it by exposing oneself to the executive decision - making process under the guidance of practicing professionals. In line with this belief, guest lectures by practicing experts have become a regular feature of the course in AIM.

The AIM offers a "two years full time MBA programme" under semester pattern.

The Programme has been organized as per syllabi of the Bharathidasan University. The students are taught and given training to appear for the examinations conducted by Bharathidasan University. In addition frequent visits are arranged to small, medium and large industries in the nearby districts.
