The
Chairman of the Trust Dr. A.Arunachalam, qualified in law and
Ph.D, has to his credit fifty years experience in academic and
academic administration as Professor, Principal and Registrar.
He was Registrar in Madras Institute of Technology (MIT) Chennai,
wherein our president Dr.A.P.J. Abdulkalam studied and was also
the First Registrar of the Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
Dr.
A.Arunachalam, the Chairman of the Trust is the Chairman of
the Governing body of the Adaikalamatha Institute of Management.
Other members of the Governing body are the Representative of
the Bharathidasan University, Principal of the Adaikalamatha
College; Thiru M.R.Narayanan, Deputy Examiner of Local Fund
Accounts, Government of Tamilnadu (Retd), Dr.A.Seetha,

Management contests conducted by various B Schools through
out India.

Developing
organizing skills by involving students in conducting International,
National and State level management meets in our institute.

In order to develop participative, interactive skills and
decision making skills - Case studies, Seminars, brain storming
session, role play, simulation games, in -basket training
etc. are being conducted frequently.

To develop self confidence, team spirit and leadership skill,
students are assigned to different portfolio through INTEL
CLUB (A Student Forum).

Students Counselling Centre has been formed for the benefits
of the student for career and academic developments
