the participants must come with their College / Institute
ID.

- Prelims
may be conducted.

- Participants
must come with formal dress.

Instructions : |
- Maximum
number of participants - 7 per college.
|
- All
participants should report to the Reception at 8.30
am on 6th Frbruary 2007 for regsitration.
|
- All
the participants will be given a participation certificate.
|
- The
judges' decision is final.
|
- The
winneres will be given prizes on 7th February 2007
|
- Failure
to follow rules leads to disqualification of the team.
|
- Discipline
is to be strictly maintained in the Institute campus.

| Transporatation
Expenses |
| One
way route travel expenses by the shortest route of second
class train fare (or) Bus fare from the college to college
will be reimbursed to the participants. |
| Accommodation
Arrangement |
| Dormitory
arrangements with cot and mattresses will be arranged for
every college separately from 5th February 2007 eveing (6.00pm). |
| Catering
Arrangement |
The
Institute will make full catering facilities for two says
